ChangeIt was the onset of fall, the first rain of the new season had ended and everything was covered with a thin layer of mist. The stars shone bright through the entirely clear night sky and the wind came dancing softly from the north. She stepped out of the beaten car into the parking lot of an abandoned children’s school, shivering slightly, and making her way lazily through a opening in a chain-link fence. She met up with a boy, as they did often during the long, restless summer nights. Many empty playgrounds had been used for them to get to know one another and complain away their problems. &Change
